1. Who you are contracting with

This service ("Weekly Meal Planner", "we", "us") is operated by Mohammed Fahad Nari, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using the service you are entering into a contract with Mohammed Fahad Nari.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. The service

Weekly Meal Planner helps households plan weekly meals, import recipes from URLs, generate grocery lists, and share recipes between household members.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service; (c) probe, scan, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of the service; (d) infringe the intellectual property rights of anyone, including by importing or sharing copyrighted recipes you have no right to use.

5. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. If you sign up on behalf of a household, you confirm you have authority to do so.

6. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Mohammed Fahad Nari. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.

7. Your content

Recipes, notes, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this content solely to provide the service to you and your household.

8. Service level

We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific recipe-import source will continue to work.

9. Payment and subscription terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For details of payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, see the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price displayed at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
